Symbolic figurative painting.
In their search for emblematic figures, the Great Figures series unfolds as a succession of metamorphoses. From an initial rhythmic and expressive drawing, the faces are enriched with symbols, culminating in the emergence of protective ancestors illuminated by the energy of power. Technically, the black and white lines, applied with a graphic gestural style, structure the composition of the paintings and contrast with vibrant colors and the use of fluorescent pigments.
